NTNU is responsible for the overall project management. The project manager is chair of the Management Board (MB) and responsible for execution of the project according to plan.
The Management Board consists of the project manager and a senior representative and/or work package manager from each full partner.
To ensure the scientific and practical quality of the project (both methodology and outcomes) a Scientific Evaluation Committee (SEC) supports the Management Board. Three independent experts from academia and industry will provide critical commentary during the project lifetime.
A Steering Board (SB), consisting of senior management from the partners and chaired by the project manager, will supervise the progress.
The different Work packages will be led by one of the partner organizations, some with one organisation as co leader.
