We would like to invite you for a Masterclass on PDCA and especially on the Check phase of PDCA. The masterclass will be given by Yoshino. Jannes Slomp is the moderator.

As Jannes asked Isao Yoshino, 40 years manager at Toyota, about hansei, he made clear that ‘self-reflection’ has to be seen as the C (Check) in PDCA. It is important that managers are serious about doing PDCA and especially the C(heck). By doing so, the ‘wheel of continuous improvement’ will keep turning.

On December 16th, from 3.30 pm to 5.00 pm (CET), we will host a MSTeams Masterclass about hansei with Isao Yoshino. In this Masterclass, we will explain why PDCA is so important, but also difficult. We will focus on the C(heck) phase and provide a kind of Kata (routine) to help you to organize a good check process. We will also discuss some cases.

The Masterclass is organized by the HAN Lean QRM Center of the HAN University of Applied Sciences.
