Arief Samuel Gunawan

Arief Samuel holds a bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering (Parahyangan Catholic University,2003) and a master degree in Industrial Management (KU Leuven,2004). Since February 2018 he joined the Department of Industrial Systems Engineering and Product Design as an Assistant Researcher and also as a doctoral candidate under the supervision of Prof.dr. Dieter Claeys and Prof.dr.ir Birger Raa. He helps assisting the Manufacturing Planning and Control course and supervises several students with their thesis in the Master in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research Program. His research focuses on shop floor control and visibility, especially for high-mix low-volume products with emphasis on the information flow and technology enablement.
