Learning Lean in the digital Era

In this masterclass, Dr. Daryl Powell will explain and illustrate the ‘Blended Network Action Learning’ (BNAL) methodology as a useful and useable means of combining Lean and Industry 4.0 in practice. BNAL has been developed in action – based on practical experiences from working with continuous improvement at Kongsberg Maritime Subsea and its strategic supplier network in Norway. He will also make clear how the BNAL methodology presents Operations Managers of the future with an organizational learning form that benefits from a virtual edge – particular given current travel restrictions and social distancing measures due to Covid-19.
